It is comprised of 60 schools – 35 elementary schools, 9 middle schools, 5 high schools, 7 charter schools and 4 alternative schools. District 11 has the only public Montessori program for elementary students in the region. International Baccalaureate programs are offered at all three levels – elementary, middle and high school. Additional programs include Over 80% of D-11 students go on to higher education, and graduating seniors receive more than $15 million in scholarships. |
